the apparatus is closing several roads. we have some information as they are still actively the fire. it started in late rowhouse in the 1200 block of battery avenue. the fire started on the first floor and spread to the second floor and to some of the adjoining town homes. those town homes were evacuated. neighbors are out on the street. it is quite a scene. we spoke to the son of the homeowner. he said six people were inside. those people were able to get out. firefighters confirm that nobody was seriously concerned. a firefighter was injured. he fell from a ladder. his injuries are not life- threatening. we will go back to the scene.

record two women inside their home. he entered their condo several times. >> friends gathered on sunday for the funeral for clarence mitchell ii in west baltimore. many maryland democrats attended the service, acknowledged how he helped them get where they are today. >> we are the senators' legacy. e made it possible for us to dream.
